A great way to kick start your 2021 is with a 3 day detox diet to help you to reset and rejuvenate your body by clearing some of processed sugars and fats out of your system helping to shed a few pounds, improve your energy levels and boost your immune system.

Some people find it hard to reduce or eliminate processed foods and sugars out of their diets but when you substitute these items for a balanced diet you do not feel as though you are restricting yourself.
